By signing in and using TubeAmplify, you agree to these terms.
Who you are dealing with
TubeAmplify is a registered business name of Zylstra Pty Ltd (ACN 686 452 077, ABN 75 686 452 077), an Australian private company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Zylstra Pty Ltd.
The service
TubeAmplify provides AI-assisted title/thumbnail scoring, view-velocity tracking, keyword research, and an AI thumbnail generator for YouTube creators, along with an optional Chrome extension. TubeAmplify is provided on an as-is, as-available basis with no uptime or accuracy guarantees. AI-generated suggestions are starting points, not guarantees of performance.
Review first, always your call
Everything TubeAmplify generates, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, is saved as a draft inside TubeAmplify first. Nothing reaches your channel automatically, on a schedule, or as a side effect of any other action.
You make the changes yourself, in YouTube Studio. When you open a video there, the TubeAmplify extension can put your saved draft into Studio's title, description, tags and thumbnail fields, and nothing changes on YouTube until you press Save in Studio.
TubeAmplify will never delete anything on your channel, and cannot. It asks Google only for permission to view your channel and its analytics. TubeAmplify contains no code that deletes a video, playlist or comment, and an automated check on every release fails the build if any is added.
TubeAmplify also cannot change the video itself. YouTube does not allow an uploaded file to be replaced, by this app or any other.
Your account
You're responsible for the Google account you connect and for keeping your browser extension token confidential. You can revoke access at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how).
YouTube
TubeAmplify uses YouTube API Services. By using TubeAmplify you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use TubeAmplify to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to scrape or resell data obtained through the service, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the backend.
Free trial
A new account starts on a free trial. It needs no payment details and it ends by itself. We will never charge you at the end of a trial; nothing happens unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
Paying for TubeAmplify
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we never see or store them. A price shown in your own currency anywhere on this site is an indication only, converted at a recent rate. Your bank sets the rate you actually pay and may add a fee of its own.
Listed prices do not include tax. Where GST or another sales tax applies to your country, it is worked out and shown on the checkout page before you pay, and added to the amount charged.
A subscription renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment and nothing else: your plan keeps working to the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
If a payment fails, the paid features pause straight away while Stripe retries the card, and switch back on as soon as a payment goes through. Nothing is deleted in the meantime, and your videos keep being tracked.
We may change prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days first, the new price applies from your next renewal after that, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
What a plan includes
Each plan carries a monthly allowance of the things that cost us money to run: AI scoring, keyword research and thumbnail generation. Your account page shows what you have used. Reaching the limit pauses those features until the month turns over or you move to a larger plan; tracking, analytics and anything already saved are unaffected.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from the account page whenever you like. Doing so cancels any subscription and removes your data, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches the acceptable use section above, or that the law requires us to close, and if we do we will refund the unused part of any month you have paid for.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Your rights under Australian law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and the "as is" wording above applies only so far as the law allows. Where the law does allow us to limit our liability, we limit it to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of that state.
