Browser extension
This creates a token: a password for your account that you copy into the extension yourself. It is shown once, and anyone who sees it can use your account until you disconnect it. Open the extension and use its Connect button instead unless that is not working.
Copy this into the extension now, under Extension settings, Connect by hand instead. It is shown once and cannot be shown again. Disconnect it below when you have finished with it.
Each browser you connect gets its own token, so a laptop and a desktop can both be connected at once. Disconnecting one leaves the rest working.
Delete account
This removes your account, your tracked videos, every view snapshot and analytics record held for them, your drafts and your usage history. Any active subscription is cancelled first. It cannot be undone.
