Questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 15-day trial starts when you connect your channel and needs no payment details. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account simply stops using the paid features and you are never charged by default.
Why is it priced in US dollars?
Everything TubeAmplify runs on is billed to us in US dollars, so pricing in the same currency means the price doesn't have to move every time exchange rates do. Your card will be charged in US dollars, and most banks add a small foreign transaction fee on top of their own conversion rate.
What happens when I hit a monthly limit?
That feature pauses until the 1st, and everything else carries on as normal. You'll be told which allowance ran out rather than shown a generic error, and your tracking is never affected.
Can TubeAmplify delete or change my videos?
It can update a video's title, description and tags, and only after you've reviewed the change as a draft and pressed publish. It cannot delete a video or upload one. YouTube offers no permission that covers editing without also allowing deletion, so that restriction is enforced in our own code and covered by tests that fail the build if anyone tries to widen it.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, at any time, with no email to write. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and then the account moves to the lapsed state described above.
